How it works

NakKirim is a noticeboard. Travellers say where they're going, buyers say what they need from there, and we introduce the two once one side accepts.

The steps

1. A traveller posts a trip: where from, where to, when, and their fee.
2. A buyer asks that traveller to buy something, or posts a public request for travellers to pick up.
3. The other side taps Accept. Only then are contacts shared, and only between the two of you.
4. You agree the details between yourselves and meet. The buyer pays the traveller directly, on handover.
5. The buyer confirms the handover, and both sides can leave a 1 to 5 star rating.

What isn't allowed

These can't be listed, asked for or carried through NakKirim. Listings that mention them are rejected, and we remove any that get through:

• drugs
• vapes or tobacco
• alcohol
• weapons
• live animals
• wildlife products
• counterfeit goods
• prescription medicine
• currency
• tickets for resale

This list is not customs advice. Rules differ by country, so check the airline and customs rules yourself.

Declare what you carry

Travellers are responsible for what they bring through customs. Declare anything you're asked about or that is above the duty-free limit, and pay any duty yourself. Never carry something you haven't seen and can't identify, and never carry a sealed package for a stranger.

Safety tips

• Meet in a busy public place, in daylight where you can.
• Pay on handover only. Never send money in advance, whoever asks.
• Check the item against the agreed details before you pay.
• Buyers should check the traveller's profile and ratings. A new profile has none yet.
• If anything feels wrong, walk away and report it.

Reports and takedown

Every trip, request and profile has a Report link (you need to be signed in). Our team reviews reports within 24 hours and removes listings that break these rules. Three reports from different people hide a listing until we've looked at it. Accounts that keep breaking the rules are banned.
