Plain-language terms for using NakKirim. Please read them before you post or accept a match.

We are a venue only

NakKirim only introduces travellers and buyers. We are not a party to any deal, we never handle goods or money, and we don't check, guarantee or insure any trip, item, person or rating.

No payments through us

There is no payment, deposit, escrow or wallet on NakKirim. The buyer pays the traveller directly, on handover, in cash or by bank transfer. Never pay anyone in advance.

RM300 limit

A request can have a budget of at most RM300. This limit keeps the amount at risk small while trust is built, and we won't raise it for individual requests.

Your responsibilities

• What you post must be true, and you must be the person you say you are.
• Don't list or ask for anything on the prohibited list, and follow customs and airline rules.
• Travellers decide what they will and won't buy, and buyers decide whether to accept. Both can decline.
• Don't harass anyone, spam, or use the contact details you receive for anything other than the agreed handover.

Removal and accounts

We may hide a listing or ban an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from your account page.

Risk

You use NakKirim at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses, delays, damaged or missing items, or disputes between users.
